Like you said, it is definitely difficult when in the trenches of it but even then those "issues" are solvable with a different mindset. I am learning to adopt more gratitude into everything I experience. Good or "bad". It's a worthwhile exercise I have seen work time and time again from those around me.

I used to think the whole "gratitude" thing was a bit of a meme, when first starting out with self-mastery it's easy to equate "strong mind" with "tough", but really it's in gratitude and acceptance. This is what cultivates a healthy perspective (which hardly anyone has), thereby imparting an incredible amount of leverage. it also feels amazing because it's the secret to processing all of our mental and metaphysical gunk. this is why it's featured in every major religion.
